Day 4



Day 4 has come and gone and I feel really, really good.

I don't feel hungry and I don't have cravings.  I felt a little cranky earlier but that subsided after breakfast and some fresh air. I have felt great ever since.  In fact, I think food is tasting different.  Different better. More flavour which is amazing.

So, here is today's : -

Breakfast: -

Boiled egg
Half an avocado
Cherry tomatoes

Kiwi


Lunch: -

Leftover Chilli (pictured)
Gem lettuce
Half an avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Chopped carrot

Kiwi

Snack: Melon

Dinner: -

Roast Chicken
Sweet Potatoe roasters
Sprouts
Carrots
Leeks
Brocolli

Portion of coconut

Tomorrow is not  Friday so I need to plan for the weekend ... my first Whole30 weekend.
