Busy, Busy day ... so that means sadly no food photos but I did stay clean all day. This was despite eating breakfast in the car outside my sons School while waiting for it to open so I could drop him off and then I could dash into work early and work through my breaks/lunch so I could attend my Uncles Funeral in the afternoon to pay my respects ... and I didn't touch the buffet at the wake either and I stuck to only drinking still water!
So, here it is ... Day 8
Breakfast on the go
Hard boiled egg
Cherry tomatoes
Closed handful of cashew nuts
kiwi fruit
Lunch on the go
Raw carrot
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Hard boiled egg
Cold, left over beef burger from last night
Dinner
Chilli
Sweet potatoes
Sprouts
Carots
and that concludes my very busy day. RIP Uncle Ray xxx
Now I need to go slump somewhere .... zzzz
